LineAlert sells one-day SMS alerts for theme park wait times. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any theme park, resort, or operator.
You must be at least 18 years old and have a US (+1) phone number capable of receiving SMS to use LineAlert.
A day pass is a one-time charge and is generally non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with the service, email us - we review usage and offer refunds on a case-by-case basis.
By purchasing a day pass and providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from LineAlert. Message frequency varies based on your alert preferences. Message and data rates may apply.
To end your current session, reply FINISH. To unsubscribe entirely, reply STOP at any time. To get help, reply HELP or email casey.johnson@mountaineering.ai. For more information on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your session at any time, without refund, if we believe you are abusing the service, attempting to overload or reverse-engineer the system, committing fraud, harassing support staff, or violating your carrier's rules.
Wait time data comes from both first-party and third-party sources. It is provided as-is. We do not guarantee the data's accuracy or the timing of alert delivery.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for your day pass.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
