What we collect

To run your day pass, we collect your phone number, email address, payment metadata from our payment processor (we never see your card details), and the ride and threshold preferences you send us by text.

How we use it

We use this information for one thing: delivering your alerts and processing your purchase. That's it. Specifically, we use your phone number to send you SMS text message alerts via our SMS provider. Your phone number will not be used for any other purpose or shared with third parties for marketing.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

What we don't do

We will never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing. No ad networks, no data brokers, no email lists.

Third parties we rely on

We use a payment processor to handle payments, an SMS provider to deliver your texts, and an email provider to send your receipt and activation code. These providers handle your data under their own privacy policies in order to perform their part of the service.

Retention

We retain all user session data for evaluation and improvement. We also retain your phone number and email to support refunds and customer service. You can contact us at any time to have your data deleted in accordance with GDPR.
